1-How many maids do you send to clean my home?

We normally send two maids. Sometimes we will send three if we
have a heavy workload for the day.

2-Can you send the same maids each time?

Yes. However please understand that occasionally employee's may be
absent due to sickness, vacation etc.

3-How will the maids access my house?

There are a few ways;

a-Someone can be there to let them in.

b-You can leave a key under the mat, flower pot etc.

c-You can provide a key to be kept at our office. Keys are coded and
kept in a locked key box only accessed by management.

d-For a $30 deposit we will supply you with a realtors box to be left on
your door on your scheduled cleaning day.

4-Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. We carry over $1 million of general liability insurance. We also
carry commercial vehicle insurance and pay workers compensation
insurance on all of our employees.

Note: Please feel free to ask to see our insurance certificates. We will
happily fax them to you or send them with our employees at the time of
your first cleaning. Any company that is not willing to provide insurance
documentation is not insured! Be sure to ask for it.

5-What types of payment do you accept?

We accept checks, cash and all major credit cards.

6-Can I leave a tip for the maids?

Yes. Tips are appreciated but not required.

7-When is payment due?

Payment is due when services are rendered. Please be sure to leave
payment for the maids or have a credit card on file.

8-Can I cancel my appointment?

Yes. Although a 24 hour notice is required.

Please be aware that if we are unable to gain access to your home for
a scheduled appointment there will be a $50 transportation fee.
